The Perry Hotel

The concrete is rough, the wood is reclaimed, and the metal framing has just enough patina to make you wonder how old it is and what kind of life it’s lived before. The minute you set foot into The Perry Hotel, you know you’ve arrived somewhere different. There’s a vibe here, a pulse. Because this is not just a brand-new 100-room beautiful boutique hotel, it’s part of something more; something more than Key West – something found.

Rooms & Suites

Whether saltwater lagoon or marina views, breathtaking Key West sunrises and sunsets are always included, and we give you the expansive balconies to enjoy them. Some rooms have outdoor showers, others offer poolside access. Many are dog friendly and all feature inspired local artwork, gorgeously tiled oversized showers, and flooring reminiscent of driftwood or a storied old boat. The Perry Hotel is new, but you may feel like you’ve stepped back into a place that’s living a new life.

Things to Do

Imagine docking after a perfect sunset sail. While other guests board a shuttle, you stroll down the marina. You don’t need to drive anywhere because your hotel, The Perry Hotel, is right there. It’s dusk now, and you make your way past boats docked at the marina, chatting with yacht captains along the way. Maybe you stop for a bite at the Salty Oyster or a drink around a fire. When you’re not in the pool or on the water, why not dip your toes into the thriving arts, music, and culture of the area or dive into its rich history.

The Perry Hotel is perched on a marina that is not just located in front of the hotel, it’s seamlessly connected to it. It’s part of a vibrant community, where shrimp boats come and go alongside luxury yachts, amidst an undercurrent of boat yards, fishing fleets, and captains and their stories. Where people dream about sailing around the world, and actually do it. It’s also part of the transformation of Stock Island, a place full of life and local color, with plenty of excitement and adventure waiting for you out on the water, in Key West, and beyond.
