About Weddings at The Perry

What is the capacity of The Perry’s wedding venues?

Our largest outdoor space, the Event Lawn, is 3200 sq ft and can accommodate up to 300 standing guests. Matt’s Stock Island can accommodate up to 245 guests and our largest indoor space. 

What outdoor wedding venues are available at The Perry?

Our outdoor wedding venues at The Perry include the Event Lawn, Matt’s Stock Island, and the Grand Suite Balcony. Both Matt’s Stock Island and the Grand Suite also have indoor spaces, making them versatile options for your wedding weekend.

Does The Perry have an indoor wedding space?

The Perry has two indoor spaces that are ideal for small weddings and elopements, the Sunset Lounge, which seats up to 14 people or 24 standing, and the Grand Suite which seats 20 or 35 standing. Matt’s Stock Island Kitchen also has an indoor space, which can be used for a rehearsal dinner or brunch.

What amenities and services are included in the wedding package at The Perry?

Included in your wedding package at The Perry is our full-service catering, experienced event planners, essential event equipment and lighting, on-site parking, extensive preferred vendor lists, use of our downtown shuttle, as well as access to our on-property salon and concierge for coordinating boat charters and water activities. Is there a shuttle service for event guests?

Yes, all event guests have access to our downtown Key West shuttle, which runs from 9am to 11pm, and departs from The Perry on the hour. The shuttle drops guests off in front of the historic seaport and starts its return trip on the ½ hour.

How many weddings per day does The Perry allow?

The Perry only celebrates one wedding per day. You and your guests will have the space to yourselves and our undivided attention.

Does The Perry permit outside vendors or custom decor?

Yes, we have an extensive list of preferred vendors.
