WHERE IS THE PERRY LOCATED?

The Perry Hotel is located at 7001 Shrimp Road, Stock Island, FL 33040.

WHAT ARE THE SHUTTLE HOURS?

The shuttle is currently offered from 9am – 11pm. Hours subject to change at any time. Departs the hotel on the hour for Old Town and picks up at A&B Marina on the ½ hour. Please see the Front desk for details, and most current schedule.

WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT?

We are located about 3 miles from the airport and there are Ubers, Lyft and taxi options readily available.

HOW FAR ARE YOU DUVAL STREET?

We are located 5 miles from Duval Street, about a 20-minute shuttle ride. Close enough to visit yet far enough to get away and relax.

BESIDES THE SHUTTLE, ARE THERE OTHER WAYS TO EXPLORE THE ISLAND?

DO YOU HAVE A POOL?

Yes, we have a beautiful dockside pool, with views of the marina and food and beverage service from The Salty Oyster. The pool is heated to 80 degrees and we have pool towels available at the front desk.

DO YOU OFFER LAUNDRY SERVICES OR FACILITIES?

We do have a laundry service that picks up in the morning and returns in the afternoon for a fee at the hotel. Hours are 7:30-6pm for pick up and delivery. Closed on Sundays. We also have 2 laundry rooms in the marina that guests can use for a fee. Details on how to utilize available at the front desk.

DO YOU HAVE ROLLAWAY BEDS OR CRIBS AVAILABLE?

We do not have rollaway beds on property but offer crib rentals at no charge.

DO YOU HAVE REFRIGERATORS OR MICROWAVES IN THE ROOMS?

All guest rooms have a refrigerator. We do have a microwave located in the lobby pantry.

ARE THERE ANY ATTRACTIONS ON STOCK ISLAND?

Yes, Stock Island offers many different attractions, and lots of water excursions! Call (786) 862-6626 to book an activity.

IS THERE A BEACH NEARBY?

Smathers Beach is located less than four miles away at 2601 S Roosevelt Boulevard, Key West, FL 33040.

ARE THERE RESTAURANTS ONSITE?

IS THERE A SPA?

WHERE CAN WE GET PERRY MERCHANDISE?

Our new Stock Shop on property offers a great selection of branded items. If you do not have a chance to stop there – we still have options for you from afar!

DO YOU HAVE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING?

We do! Don't let charging concerns dampen your vacation spirit. Choose our sustainable EV portable charging and embark on your vacation with confidence. Inquire about usage at the front desk during your stay.

RESORT POLICIES

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK-IN?

We require guests to be 21 to reserve and check into a room.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Our check in time is 4pm and our check out time is 11am.

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL OUR TRIP?

We offer our own Trip insurance that when purchased at the time you reserve your room when booking direct, allows you to cancel for any reason up until check-in time the day of arrival and receive your room deposit back. Without trip insurance, your cancellation policy follows the offer booked.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Onsite parking is available at The Perry Hotel & Marina for $27 per night per vehicle. (must display parking pass in windshield).

CAN I SMOKE IN MY ROOM/ON-PROPERTY?

There is no smoking in our guest rooms, balconies, or public outdoor areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?

Yes! We offer 2 onsite dog parks and unlike most, we cater to dogs of all sizes! There is a nonrefundable fee of $75 per night to bring your furry friend. An additional charge of $25 will be applied for a second dog with a maximum of two dogs per room. 

DO YOU CHARGE FOR EXTRA ADULTS?

Yes. The fee is $20 per extra adult per night. There is no extra fee for two adults per room.

DO YOU HAVE A RESORT FEE?

Yes, the resort fee at The Perry is $50 and includes:

• Scheduled shuttle service to Old Town and Higgs beach
• Welcome glass of champagne upon arrival
• Drip coffee station in the lobby from 6am - 8am
• Infused water station in the lobby
• Use of Robes, and pool towels during your stay
• Fitness center, pools and hammock garden
• Bottled water, coffee, and tea in your room
• Concierge services
• Drink of the Day

We have also implemented a Destination Fee (1.0%) to support programming, activities, events, and sustainability efforts.

WHAT'S THE COMMUNITY IMPACT FEE?

The Community Impact Fee (1%) supports providing critical community resources in the Lower Keys. 100% of this fee is donated directly to local non-profits.
