What are your check-in and check-out times?


Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.

What is the minimum age to check in?

Guests must be 21 or older.

Do you charge for extra adults?


Yes, $20 per additional adult per night (after the first two adults).

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes! We welcome dogs of all sizes. $75/night for the first dog, $25 for a second (max two per room). Two onsite dog parks are available.

Can I smoke in my room or on property?

All rooms are non-smoking and smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Do you charge a resort fee?


Yes, $52 per night. It includes our Key West shuttle, champagne welcome, coffee/tea stations, pool towels, fitness center access, and more.

What’s the Community Impact Fee?


A 1% fee donated directly to local nonprofits supporting the Lower Keys community.

What if it rains during my stay?

If you add the Weather Guarantee when booking, you’ll receive a daily reimbursement whenever one or more hours of qualifying rain (1.5 mm/hour or more) occur between 8 AM and 8 PM during your stay. What is your policy regarding firearms and weapons on the property?

For the safety and security of all guests and staff, firearms and weapons of any kind are not permitted anywhere on our property, including guest rooms, common areas, parking facilities, and all outdoor spaces. This policy applies to all guests, visitors, and third parties, regardless of permit status.

Is parking available at The Perry Hotel & Marina?

Yes, onsite parking is $29 per night. Parking pass required. Self and valet available.

What are my transportation options from the airport?

We’re about 3 miles from the airport with Uber, Lyft, and taxis readily available.

How far are you from Duval Street?

We’re 5 miles (about 20 minutes) from Duval Street — close enough to visit, far enough to relax.

What are the shuttle hours?

9am–11pm. Our shuttle departs hourly from the hotel to Old Town and picks up at 201 Williams Street on the half-hour. Check with the front desk for the current schedule.

Besides the shuttle, are there other ways to explore the island?

All rooms have refrigerators. A microwave is available in the lobby pantry.

Do you offer rollaway beds or cribs?

Cribs are available at no charge. We do not offer rollaway beds.

Does the hotel offer marina access or boat slips?

Yes, The Perry Marina features 288 deep-water slips for guests and visitors.

Do you have laundry services or facilities?

Yes, paid laundry service is available (closed Sundays), and there are coin laundry rooms in the marina.
