About Meetings & Events at The Perry

What is the capacity of The Perry’s event spaces?

Our largest outdoor space, the Event Lawn, is 3200 sq ft and can accommodate up to 300 standing guests. Matt’s Stock Island can accommodate up to 245 guests and our largest indoor meeting space, the Longitude Room, is 1500 sq ft and can accommodate 100 guests.

Does The Perry have indoor meeting spaces?

Yes, The Perry has four indoor meeting spaces. Both the Longitude Room and the Latitude Room are recommended for larger gatherings, as they can hold 100 and 75 guests, respectively, while the Sunset Lounge and the Grand Suite can be adapted for smaller indoor meetings, seating up to 12 and 20, respectively.

What outdoor event spaces are available at The Perry?

Our outdoor event spaces at The Perry include the Event Lawn, Matt’s Stock Island, Pool Area, and Grand Suite. Both Matt’s Stock Island and the Grand Suite also have indoor spaces, making them versatile options for any event.

What amenities and services are included for meetings and events at The Perry?

As part of your event at The Perry we provide all essential event equipment, including lighting, experienced event planners, and use of our downtown Key West shuttle. Full-service catering is also available. 

Is there a shuttle service for event guests?

Yes, all event guests have access to our downtown Key West shuttle, which runs from 9am to 11pm, and departs from The Perry on the hour. The shuttle drops guests off in front of the Historic Seaport and starts its return trip on the ½ hour.
